| Two hundred years ago the studio building was used for
agriculture. Now it is a spacious, central heated, double glazed, acoustically treated
room. The stone walls and floor, with solid oak beams are the only evidence of the room's
origin. The studio building is split into three large rooms.  The biggest is approximately 1000 sq.ft.
and is raised slightly above the other two rooms. This big room is great for recording
drums because of the space and high ceiling. Also it is possible for a whole band to
perform together, just like at a gig and record at the same time. The two lower
rooms are the games room and the control room. Both rooms can also be used as a tech's
room or case storage. This control room is soundproofed from the main room with double
glazed windows. Because of the studio's acoustic properties and the remoteness of the
location, the rooms can be used 24 hours a day without disturbance to anyone.

enough for full band rehearsals or pre-production, as well as video/film shoots,
conferences and parties.
 The long 45 ft. wall is mirrored for dance acts or for bright
acoustics if the track desires it. Curtains can be pulled if the mirrors are not required.
The room has adequate power points as well as 300 Amp 3 phase electricity. The
studio is completely separate from the accommodation. Working in the studio will not
disturb anyone sleeping, eating, swimming or giving interviews.
