| Not all your time will be spent working so we have
provided many facilities for you enjoyment. Just because you are away from the city
there is no need to feel cut off. Games' rooms are situated in both studios. The games
room in the big Studio is 20ft. sq. The centrepiece of the room is the bar and normal bar
room activities are all nearby.
On hot days you can lay by the pool sunbathing, then play a little badminton or football before taking a dip before dinner. If you are really energetic or want to get fit, why not start running? Our own land extends to 15 acres and there are several runs around the perimeter. We have local runs and bike rides around the deserted local lanes which go for miles. The studios are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty with many public footpaths and most lead conveniently to local country pubs. If you want to get out and about there are riding stables nearby or golf courses at very reasonable rates. Dinghy sailing on local reservoirs or yachting at sea are all within a 20 minute drive. Sea or course fishing is also available too. Other local activities nearby include mountain bike riding, 10 pin bowling, tennis, weight lifting, flying, croquet, cinemas, shopping and sightseeing. If none of this interest you there are several TV's with satellite as well as terrestrial TV & videogames. |
The pool table is always popular and the
50's juke box has a selection of oldies but goodies. The Blue Studio has a football
machine & both share darts, dice & shove halfpenny. All the games are on free
play. Both games' rooms have a great atmosphere & are ideal for spending free
time while other members of the band are busy. The big Studios games'
room is big enough for parties, receptions, video shoots etc. 
We
have our own open air pool, heated to 85 degrees. It is big enough for a good swim (35 x
19 ft.), with both a shallow and a deep end for divers. It is open from May to the first
of October.The American Hot Tub has room for 6 with adjustable jets to circulate the 110
degree water. This is open all year round.
